Full Time 40 hours Grade 053 Marketing Med Ctr Schedule 8 AM-5 PM Responsibilities General Purpose: The Digital Marketing Coordinator works to enhance the UR Medicineâ™s presence through digital media channels including but not limited to e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, and digital advertising. The Digital Coordinator is responsible for the planning, management, production, implementation, execution and analysis of all digital marketing projects. Coordinates production to support key initiatives and strategic objectives defined by digital team leadership, marketing and business owners. Digital channels may include but are not limited to social, web and mobile. This position will work within the Marketing team to develop and execute world-class Web and other digital campaigns. Core responsibilities are managing, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to ensure return on investment and increased brand recognition/loyalty. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with development, planning, managing, and reviewing digital campaigns across web and social media platforms. Will create and review data analytic reports on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements the designing, planning and budgeting for specific digital marketing projects.Employs project management techniques to drive completion of digital projects. Scopes and analyzes digital campaign requirements and develops cost estimates. Maintains all paid search campaigns (activity and expenditures) using Google AdWords and ensures bidding strategies are up-to-date. Works with and identifies marketing automation software (for example, Hubspot, Marketo) to identify and perform campaign enhancements, optimizations, and re-configurations in the systems, including website and form integration, email and campaign work flow creations. Maintain in depth knowledge of ad server delivery logic to troubleshoot delivery issues and provide effective solutions to manage campaign delivery in full. Develop and maintain integrated digital marketing reports (Google,Facebook,etc). Collaborates with digital marketing vendors to define performance metrics, campaign dashboards, and the timely delivery of campaign results data. Recommend website design solutions in relation to leveraging marketing technologies. Drives increased and efficient SEO using campaigns and keyword metrics. Leads regular reviews of active campaigns within the Marketing and Communications teams. Resolves issues and identifies solutions that arise during work on digital projects. Assess over/under delivery and performance and makes any necessary adjustments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, new media design or other related field. 3 years of digital campaign management experience preferred. Strong web/digital background is preferred. Familiarity with data analysis and web analytics. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, taking initiative and meeting objectives and deadlines.
